The world’s largest manufacturing collective is heading to the Made in the Midlands Expo with a single-source solution for visitors.

Manufacturing Assembly Network (MAN), which comprises of eight sub-contract manufacturers and a specialist engineering design company, will be showcasing its ability to work with customers on projects from start to finish.

Employing nearly 1000 people, the group can provide initial design and development support, before building the supply chain and completing production and final assembly to world class standards covered by IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and AS9100.

This includes automation and control systems, casting, design, forging, plastic injection moulding, PCB development and precision machining and precision stamped parts.

“Global manufacturing is continually looking to rationalise its supply chain and MAN provides a perfect solution to that requirement,” commented Paul Bethell, Managing Director of Muller Holdings, one of the nine member firms.

“We can get involved at the earliest possible stage and we can also just come in and deliver a specific engineering discipline. Our own specialism is in CNC milling, turning, multi-spindle and CNC/Conventional escomatic manufacturing services, yet we can also discuss projects that involve other members. It’s all about a single-source solution!”

Over £10m of recent contract wins mean the group now boasts 15 factories, an order book approaching £90m and export sales to more than 30 countries.
