MAN Group member KimberMills is a specialist metal forging company with three production facilities across the globe in UK Poland and India. We offer Forgings, Drop Forgings, Hammer Forgings, Press Forgings and a number of other services.

We constantly look to improve our process, after advances in manufacturing techniques used in the production of tooling improves the prediction of metal flow, allowing for optimal material usage. This means the our process will provide flexibility, reduce material usage and machining costs, ultimately improving lead times while keeping the cost of production down.

We strive for efficiency, with the ability to use simulation software for finite element analysis allows them to improve their understanding of metal flow and allows the prediction of grain flow. Forging defects such as folds and underfill can be detected prior to any material being used, reducing waste and improving lead times on all orders.

We work with a wide range of materials, including:

  • Alloy
  • Stainless Steel
  • Carbon Steel
  • Aluminium
  • Copper
  • Inconel

We also offer a number of other services including Finishing Forging, Heat treatment, Machining, Fabrication, Assembly and Presswork.

Quality and testing is a central part of our ethos. With accreditations including ISO9001.2008, ISO-TS 16949:2002, AS9100, IIP-2000 and ISO EN 14001:2000, you can be confident in a high quality product that is manufactured to exacting standards.

Our forged products are exported across the globe in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East, with exports accounting for 60% of all business.
